2. Handmade Nature of Work

 

All ceramic pieces are handmade individually. Variations in:

  • glaze,

  • texture,

  • colour,

  • markings,

  • and finish

 

are part of the character and uniqueness of handmade ceramics and should not be considered faults.

 

No two pieces will ever be completely identical.

  • one-of-a-kind,

  • small batch,

  • or made to order.

 

Availability may change without notice.

 

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.

4. Pricing

 

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

 

Prices may change without prior notice.

 

Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or import fees (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise.

5. Orders & Payments

 

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

 

We reserve the right to:

 

  • refuse or cancel orders,

  • limit quantities,

  • or decline transactions suspected of fraud or misuse.

 

If an order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Custom & Commissioned Work

 

Custom commissions may require:

 

  • a consultation,

  • deposit payment,

  • and agreed timelines.

 

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

 

  • deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced,

  • commissioned pieces may not be cancelled after production begins.

 

As all custom work is created specifically for the client, commissioned items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

We reserve the right to decline commission requests at our discretion.

7. Shipping & Delivery

 

We take great care in packaging ceramics securely.

 

However, once parcels are handed to a courier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

 

We are not responsible for:

 

  • delays caused by couriers,

  • customs processing,

  • incorrect delivery details,

  • or failed delivery attempts.

8. Breakages & Damaged Items

 

If your item arrives damaged:

 

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include clear photographs of:

    • the damaged item,

    • packaging,

    • and shipping label.

 

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

 

  • a replacement,

  • repair,

  • store credit,

  • or refund.

 

Claims submitted outside the stated timeframe may not qualify for replacement or refund.
